Here at Q-Data Office Solutions we offer you the widest flexibility and options when it comes to placing your orders. We understand that everyone has different needs and we have catered for all of them.
Order On-line
Place orders using the Internet, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Browse through the most up-to date office products available. - select the products you want to buy - and purchase them on-line... it's that easy! Our on-line ordering system has the latest time savings solutions, such as saving favourites list to add to future orders, order tracking, order history etc
Our trained customer service staff will offer on-site training to get you started.
Fax Order
You can fax your order 24 hours a day on (07) 3868 5200 by using the Order Form* on the back of your Free Full Line Office Products Catalogue. Personalised Order Forms are also available for you. Your order will be promptly processed with goods being delivered to your door.
Phone Order
During business hours you can simply phone your order through on (07) 3868 5222. Our customer service team is always ready to help you with your office requirements.

We also offer FREE Full Line Catalogues, CD Ordering, Priced Catalogues and Contracted Prices, Stationery Cupboard Management, Account Management.
Express Delivery
Place you orders before 2pm and delivery will usually occur by 12pm next day. If you require an urgent delivery either the same day or within 1-2 hours, please phone us on 073868 5222 and we will arrange delivery to suit your needs.
Delivery is FREE* to the local Brisbane area for orders over $55.00. Delivery will be charged when urgent deliveries are requested. In these cases we only charge our clients what we have been charged by the courier.
Occasionally delays do occur. These can be either courier delays or out of stock situations with manufacturers. We will endevour to keep you informed when these delays occur.
BackOrders
If orders are delivered listing backorders for products that are urgent, please call us immediately. Often the backorder will follow within 24 to 48 hours, however, in many cases a substitute product of equal quality may be available, if the product brand that you have selected is experiencing unusual delays.
