Ordering from Q-Data Office Choice is easy. You choose how and when you want to order - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you place an order, delivery is within 24 hours* to most parts of Australia.

We have one of the most professional, efficient and secure Internet ordering facility in the office products industry. Our high quality web site caters to all of your ordering needs - 24x7. You can shop on-line from a range of over 10,000 office products in our catalogue. With easy to use Search Tools you can locate your products with minimal effort. To help you select the right products, we will often offer other relevant or alternative products you might like to consider.

Non-Account Customers:

Retail customers do not need to register or login, simply add items to your cart and proceed to our secure credit card payment section and your goods will be delivered to your door.

Business Account Customers:

If you are a business customer and would like to apply for a business credit account, please register and complete our Credit Application Form. An approved customer account will allow you to log in and access special pricing and additional features of our on-line ordering system such as, saving favourites list to add to future orders, order tracking, order history etc

Our trained customer service staff can offer phone support and guide you through your first order, we also offer on-site training to get you started if required.

Using our Quick Order Form, you can fax your order 24 hours a day on (07) 3868 5200. We will immediately process your order, and arrange delivery - usually within 24 hours.

express delivery

Place you orders before 2pm and delivery will usually occur by 12pm next day. If you require an urgent delivery either the same day or within 1-2 hours, please phone us on (07) 3868 5222 and we will arrange delivery to suit your needs.

Delivery is FREE* to the local Brisbane area for orders over $55.00. Orders under $55.00 will incur a $5.50 delivery fee.

Delivery will be charged when urgent deliveries are requested. In these cases we only charge our customers what we have been charged by the courier.

Occasionally delays do occur. These can be either courier delays or out of stock situations with manufacturers. We will always keep you informed when these delays occur.

back orders

All our customers receive an order confirmation immediately as their orders are placed. Our customer service team will advise you of any backorders promptly. Often there are alternative products of equal quality that we can advise you of, otherwise the backorder will follow within 24 to 48 hours. We will keep in touch if there are any unusual delays. We will NEVER substitute product on you without your consent.
